In Changeling: The Lost, you take on the role of an ordinary person who has seen the extraordinary. Lured or abducted by the alien Gentry, you have passed the gates and Hedges between our world and the vast fantastic. Changeling: The Lost began in 2007, and amassed some of the most passionate fans the Chronicles of Darkness has ever known. Now, it’s reborn in its second edition, which tells new tales and builds on lessons learned in the past ten years. We’re jumping back into the brambles, and letting the scar tissue from last time protect us. Changeling: The Lost, Second Edition will include the many kinds of changelings and their Courts, powers and other perks for the Lost, antagonists such as Huntsmen, Hedge Ghosts, and of course the True Fae, and cities from around the world with their own local Courts.

It's James, your point person for this Kickstarter campaign.
It's been about 2 months since we sent out our last big reward, the backers edition of Changeling: The Lost 2nd Edition. Typically what happens after that is errata collection, corrections, indexing, and then submission to the printer to get print proofs to double-check that everything's working properly and we are good to proceed.
So, that's the long process that we're in the middle of, and this is an unexciting status report just to keep everyone on the same page. The good news is the final book isn't too far off now - we're in the home stretch, but have to be patient during those final steps.

But, getting that sorted now means you don't have to worry about it in a few months' time.
And now, into our Autumn summary. I've updated each pending project with the current status from the Onyx Path Monday Meeting notes <linked here> and added the name of the Changeling: The Lost 2nd Edition Companion, which is now officially revealed as Oak, Ash, and Thorn.

Hello Changeling Community,
It's James, your point person for this Kickstarter campaign.
A quick update today; my goal is to update you on the status of all rewards for this project at the end of every month, or at least the end(-ish) of every month. The goal is to keep the communication constant and consistent.
It's important to me because this isn't a one-sided process - YOU helped fund the creation of this game line, and it's this community that gets to share in the rewards of your support and the hard work of Meghan and the entire creative team at Onyx Path.
Just over a month ago we delivered our first big reward - the backer edition of the Changeling: the Lost 2nd Edition PDF. Thanks to your feedback, the team has begun making corrections, updating errata, and fixing typos. The book has also gone on to the next step, adding something that is left out at backer PDF stage - the index!
Indexing takes a lot of work and a detail-oriented mind, and I'm always appreciative of a solid index in a rule book. So, another step along the road to printing our game. Bit by bit, we push through the Hedge and make our way forward.
KICKSTARTER CONCIERGE
All of that said, Onyx Path always has many irons in the fire - Many Worlds, One Path as Rich often says. Before I note the status of all rewards, I'm just going to take a moment to mention the current campaign I'm running for the team:
A post-apocalyptic setting featuring an interesting mash up of Mad Max, Walking Dead, and the X-Men - plus so much more! The original edition spawned a live-action sensation, and now the game has come full-circle as Dystopia Rising: Evolution, a new edition of the tabletop roleplaying game that uses Onyx Path's Storypath system and incorporates and advances the setting as built by players and writers over many years.
The Dystopia Rising: Evolution Kickstarter funded in less than a day, and has already passed one Stretch Goal!
The next Stretch Goal is where we start building the Threat Guide companion PDF, which is a first-person guide (including game mechanics) to the various threats facing survivors in the DR:E world.
As noted, Dystopia Rising: Evolution is powered by Onyx Path’s Storypath system, and includes all the rules you need to play as a survivor in the post-apocalypse, including rules for creating characters for up to 24 different Strains, variations on humanity that survived the Fall. It also has details on the powers of faith and psionics, along with advice on running action-adventure stories, webs of personal intrigue, or procedural investigations. And, finally, dozens of antagonists, including a variety of zombies and raiders to use in your series.

BACKER PDF VERSION
This is the first version of the Changeling: The Lost 2nd Edition core rules to be released. Note that there is also a second file in your download - a 2-page interactive PDF character sheet . We've sent you this initial Backer PDF for three reasons:
1) To thank you for your support! You helped bring this game into the world, and you deserve to see it first!
2) So you can start playing! These are the actual Core rules - this is the Changeling: The Lost 2nd Edition Storytelling game! It's time to begin your journey through the Hedge!
3) To make the final version the best it can be! The design and development teams have done their best to proofread and correct any errors and typos - but some always sneak through. If you catch any typos, incorrect math, visual glitches, and the like, we want to hear about them and correct them before we send the book off to print.
We won't be collecting errata from other spots, just that specific thread on the Onyx Path forum. Please note that thread will be for errata only - typos, incorrect math, page elements that overlap incorrectly, etc. It won't be for book discussion - you can do that in a different thread, or on the Kickstarter comments page.
After any needed corrections are made (based on your feedback!), we will prepare am updated final PDF version of the game and you will receive a notice that you can re-download your file with the latest version.
You've already made the game a reality with your Kickstarter support. Now you can make it even better by helping us crowdsource any minor errors.

Well, it's the first day of Summer where I live, so OF COURSE that calls for a quick Changeling: The Lost Update.
No big announcements, other than work proceeds on Changeling: The Lost 2nd Edition Companion and Changeling: The Lost 2nd Edition Jumpstart, both of which are now listed on the Production Track in the latest Monday Meeting Notes from Onyx Path!
Final Hours of Fetch Quest
I did want to touch base while there's still a few hours left in the latest Onyx Path kickstarter campaign for the Fetch Quest card game.
Fetch Quest is a family-friendly cooperative deck-building game. Each player represents a pioneer on a dangerous quest. The pioneers work together to overcome dangerous challenges and resolve missions. Once the missions are resolved, the quest is finished and the players win the game. We're running this Kickstarter to get additional new art for the cards and get the project printed in a form we can put into stores.

Hello Changeling Community,
No major news in this update, but a note that progress is being made. If you subscribe to the Onyx Path Monday Meeting notes, you'll see that Changeling: The Lost 2nd Edition has entered the Proofing stage, which is super exciting! That means Meghan will be giving it a thorough examination, making sure it's the best it can be before being distributed as a backer PDF. Can't wait!
Kickstarter Concierge
