In Changeling: The Lost, you take on the role of an ordinary person who has seen the extraordinary. Lured or abducted by the alien Gentry, you have passed the gates and Hedges between our world and the vast fantastic. Changeling: The Lost began in 2007, and amassed some of the most passionate fans the Chronicles of Darkness has ever known. Now, it’s reborn in its second edition, which tells new tales and builds on lessons learned in the past ten years. We’re jumping back into the brambles, and letting the scar tissue from last time protect us. Changeling: The Lost, Second Edition will include the many kinds of changelings and their Courts, powers and other perks for the Lost, antagonists such as Huntsmen, Hedge Ghosts, and of course the True Fae, and cities from around the world with their own local Courts.

It's been a minute or two, but we've started Spring and are finishing March, so time for an update.
As noted last time, I've tweaked the Pending Rewards list a bit to give it a more visual style.

Dixie added a quick note on Kith & Kin: I’ve been lucky enough to work a little more closely on this one that I usually get to in the post edit stage, but it’s so great to get another chance to look at what the team has done and give it a final polish before it goes back to Meghan.

Rich has modified the way he's running the Project Tracking this year. At the end of each month, Onyx Path will be posting an update showing the current status of all of their projects and where each sits on the project tracking chart. In the weekly Monday Meeting Notes blogs, Rich will note any projects that have changed status, sometimes with developer notes, since the big monthly summary.
I will continue to post regular updates every other month until those final Stretch Goal rewards have gone out.

Hello Changelings,
First update for 2022! I'm going to be tweaking how these updates are presented over the next few months, but not quite at a new format yet. With Rich and the Onyx Path team switching up how they track projects on the Monday Update blog posts, hopefully I'll be able to insert some additional information into these updates as well.

Hollow Courts: Fiction Anthology - Nowin Post-Editing Development;[DIXIE NOTE] Implementing changes my editors have done is a perennial favorite, and I think the stories in this collection will be good fodder for CtL2e games!
So some advancement on both of these projects. Artists will be able to start on the artwork for the Kith & Kin book, and the Hollow Courts anthology has finished in editing and now in the final development stage.

2021 Year End Update

Hello Changelings,
Ah, the final days of 2021. Can't say I'm sad to see this year ending, though there were some positive moments within the ongoing struggle. Let's not dwell too much, though, and instead do a quick summary of where we stand and what's left to accomplish in 2022 and then a fast review of some of the successes of 2021.

ONYX PATH CROWDFUNDING IN 2021
Another challenging year. While there were some moments of taking two steps forward and one step back, at least there was some forward momentum. Onyx Path spent the previous year restructuring and adapting their processes to better function during the pandemic, but still external issues presented (and continue to present) challenges. Paper shortages, manufacturing difficulties, shipping and storage problems. The new normal.
Despite all of that, Onyx Path was able to get some products out, at least digitally, during the year.
While the massive paper shortage and manufacturing issues kept many of these from seeing print in 2021, they're all currently scheduled to attain physical form in early 2022. Here's hoping the process keeps moving forward and we can finally ship these rewards. Even with that caveat, that's still a pretty impressive list of stuff that's out and available to play.
Another solid year and another batch of fun and interesting projects added to Onyx Path's future release list. In supporting these during the crowdfunding phase, we've also managed to add these extra projects to the schedule:

November 2021 Update

Hello Changelings,
If any game is helping me deal with the past two years it's Changeling: The Lost. I mean, it certainly feels like I've lost time and been somewhere else for the past 20 months, slowly returning to find things familiar... but different.
Obviously, the global pandemic has affected so many areas of our lives, but hopefully we've made it through the Hedge and we can slowly rebuild ourselves. It's certainly affected many of the projects that Onyx Path has been working on, some more than others, and I'm hopeful that we'll start to see progress again soon and things move in the right direction.
That's a long ramble to get to our rewards review. We've still got two pending rewards that are in the editing stage. I look forward to their completion and delivery, and I'll continue our monthly updates until the final rewards have been sent out to kickstarter backers.
